The Donor intends to make a charitable gift to the ISFTD to be used by the ISFTD for the purposes set in the "Mission".
ISFTD’s mission is to advance the understanding of the nervous system and diseases associated with Frontotemporal Dementias and neurodegeneration by bringing together scientists from various backgrounds and disciplines in order to facilitate the integration of research directed at all levels of biological organization (the “Mission”).
ISFTD is a charitable organization exempt from U.S. federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), and classified as a public charity described in Section 509(a)(2) of the Code, incorporated in Indiana, having its head office in Burnsville, Minnesota.
